The Dine(Navajo) people of North America, among other indigenous peoples, were guided in their spirituality by the Earth, its creatures and plants, skies and stars. This Kachina was handmade in the USA by a member of the Dine tribe named Yazzie. He is called Chasing Star, the spirit of the stars and planets, also known as the planet Kachina. Legend has it that years ago on Indian land, aliens would come to visit the Indian people and give them advice on hunting and the reproduction of crops.
